Ma Minseo served as a Youth Researcher at VANK from July to August 2021 and again from August 2022 to May 2023. She focused on correcting false information about Korea in foreign media. For example, she led a campaign and created a petition in response to a Harvard Law School professor’s claim that Japanese military “comfort women” were voluntary participants. She also sent a correction request to the publisher of a Harvard Business School case study that contained historical inaccuracies about Korea.
