On the Vancouver Winter Olympics section of the U.S. CNN website,
South Korea was mistakenly listed as a country with no medals.
However, thanks to the efforts of VANK members who discovered and reported the error,
it was confirmed that as of 10:00 AM on February 23, 2010, the information had been corrected.
As of now, the number of medals has been accurately updated to nine.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that the Reuters website has removed the content that mistakenly introduced South Korea’s bobsleigh team as a North Korean team.
However, the U.S. Yahoo website still incorrectly describes South Korea’s bobsleigh team as North Korean athletes, which remains a serious issue.
